Welcome to Field of Mems! We’re so excited to create your custom magnets and get them shipped safely to your door.
Processing Times
All Field of Mems products are custom-made to order. Orders are typically processed and printed within 2–5 business days before shipment.
Please note that processing times may increase during holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We currently ship within the United States only using USPS and UPS.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected delivery method.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier selected at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because all products are custom printed, orders cannot be canceled once placed.
However, if your magnets have not yet been printed, we may be able to accommodate order changes. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We want you to love your order! If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us with photos and supporting evidence so we can review the issue and provide a replacement when applicable.
Claims must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. Field of Mems is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided at checkout.
If you notice an address mistake, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to update it before your order ships.
Holiday & Carrier Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated shipping timelines, delays caused by USPS, UPS, weather conditions, holidays, or other carrier-related issues are outside of our control.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during peak shipping periods.
